The Hearings

Tony Stark and Steven Rogers analyzed everything given as a copy to them with the help of Bruce Banner. Tony remarked," It's like a planet full of me. Banner, can you tell me about some of their technology? I'm going to be looking at their history all of it. Rogers can you look at the history of Karn? And then we will switch." Bruce Banner then asked," What am I going to do other than look at the Time Lord's technology? Just stand here and play Tetris?" 
The General and Ohila in the opposite room were talking about what they were going to do next. The General said," I think we can put on a strong case for us all. Our abilities are useful for the lot of them." Ohila said," That is all that we can do. On Karn we can give examples of just what our elevated Time Lord science can do and how it can help." They were both sides ready for the Hearings of this important matter. The Time Lord's gave examples from the marvel universe that Time Lord technology would have been useful and the Sisterhood of Karn also gave examples in which a few of their practices in which they have had benefit. Then picked a few examples from the marvel universe that these practices would have helped out.  Tony Stark and Steven Rogers had a few questions about the Time Lord's and about how many people on Gallifrey know the history. Tony inquired about the schooling systems asking," Your schooling systems are very all over the place especially for those that want to be Time Lord's, but outside of the citidel it's very much basic Earth. How are kids supposed to be able to pick a path?" Steven Rogers added," The history is extensive and there are definitely things everyone should know so why hide it?" Bruce Banner then asked," The child you found where you got regeneration from where is he now?" The General and Ohila had get ready for the next hearing.

After pleading their case to the DC universe and then being rejected the Time Lord's moved to the Scooby Doo universe to plead their case and were told," we will put it on the back burner." Then to the Star Gate universe and they told the Time Lord's," We could use you but we have to many things going on." Plans

The Sisterhood of Karn prepared for the ritual and ceremony. Gallifrey and it's people were making plans for their New selves in a new universe. They had reached out to The Doctor about what they were doing and his response was," Honey, as long as the new universe version of me doesn't have the title of The Doctor I will be fine. I'm sending what this person will be called, what he will look like, and his favorite snack is, also alternative versions of T.A.R.D.I.S can be." The General having gotten all of this took it up with both the high council of Gallifrey and the Sisterhood of Karn. They were all in agreement with what The Doctor had just laid out and added it to their own plans in the New universe.  The General told everyone about what they had planned for in the New universe. They were all happy and exhilarated for the future of their home planet Gallifrey, so they approved of these plans.

Marvel multiverseal Council Hears the Case of The planet copy of Gallifrey

The trail is about to begin with opening statements from The Time Lord's and from each marvel universe. The first marvel person to talk was Tony Stark saying," These people over there have been through a lot based on their files I had Friday hack. I think they should make their case." Steven Rogers added," I'm sure that they will be a fine addition to the multiverse." The General said," Thank you for your hospitality we are grateful. We are here to ask for a place for a copy of our home world Gallifrey to have a home universe where she is needed." Ohila added," The people of Gallifrey are a noble specie's and have abilities that would be most useful to one of your universe's." The marvel multiverseal Council each one by one said," Alright that is it for opening statements from both sides." Then set up the evidentiary hearings.
