Displaying the abilities of a Time Lord

The General after hearing very reasonable questions about Tecteun's ethics said," Tecteun had questionable ethic's and we condem them. But our abilities are far more beyond that. Aren't they Ohila?" Ohila responded,"Indeed they are. Regeneration is only one of many abilities that Time Lord's have , for example we have a double binary vascular system, We are good with inventing things, Our technology is infinitely more advanced than the humans even our science's are." The general added," We are telepathic and can sense when another Time Lord is around. We invented Time and Space machines called Time.And.Relative.Dimension.In.Space ship's that can cloak to fit in wherever and Whenever they would land." Tony Stark said," Let's see what happens if someone else other than The Doctor finds out about The Timeless Child and who that child is today? What would they want to do if they found out that everything they've been told is a lie?" Steven Rogers asked," If I had that experience I would feel angry right? Like burning everything to the ground?" Bruce Banner added," and What If that someone is The Master? Based on what we've seen about him this would further undtablize him no?" The General looked at The Master's life and Missy's bigeneration where The Spy Master emerged from Missy.

The Sisterhood of Karn prepared for the ritual and ceremony. Gallifrey and it's people were making plans for their New selves in a new universe. They had reached out to The Doctor about what they were doing and his response was," Honey, as long as the new universe version of me doesn't have the title of The Doctor I will be fine. I'm sending what this person will be called, what he will look like, and his favorite snack is, also alternative versions of T.A.R.D.I.S can be." The General having gotten all of this took it up with both the high council of Gallifrey and the Sisterhood of Karn. They were all in agreement with what The Doctor had just laid out and added it to their own plans in the New universe.  The General told everyone about what they had planned for in the New universe. They were all happy and exhilarated for the future of their home planet Gallifrey, so they approved of these plans.

The trail is about to begin with opening statements from The Time Lord's and from each marvel universe. The first marvel person to talk was Tony Stark saying," These people over there have been through a lot based on their files I had Friday hack. I think they should make their case." Steven Rogers added," I'm sure that they will be a fine addition to the multiverse." The General said," Thank you for your hospitality we are grateful. We are here to ask for a place for a copy of our home world Gallifrey to have a home universe where she is needed." Ohila added," The people of Gallifrey are a noble specie's and have abilities that would be most useful to one of your universe's." The marvel multiverseal Council each one by one said," Alright that is it for opening statements from both sides." Then set up the evidentiary hearings.
