The Division and how Regeneration is part of the society

Tony Stark after that made an inquiry about The Division asking," This organization called 'The Division' what were it's intended goal's? How long has The Division been out of check from Gallifrey?" The General responded," The Division hasn't had contact with Gallifrey since Tecteun's flouting of Gallifreyan law after doing what she had done to her adopted daughter. She saw that she needed a replacement for her adopted daughter. She made a new Time Lord out of her own and the adopted daughter's DNA." Steven Rogers asked," is The Timeless Child key to Time Lord society? We know that The child eventually becomes The Doctor." Ohila responded," The Doctor knows that they are the timeless child. The Master found out before The Doctor." The General asked Ohila," How do you know that?" Bruce Banner asked the same thing," Yeah, How do you know that Ohila?" Ohila put up in view of everyone to see then said," Because it's happening right now." The General said," Oh my God the things he will do after finding out about The Timeless Child, Rassilon have Mercy on us all."

The Sisterhood of Karn prepared for the ritual and ceremony. Gallifrey and it's people were making plans for their New selves in a new universe. They had reached out to The Doctor about what they were doing and his response was," Honey, as long as the new universe version of me doesn't have the title of The Doctor I will be fine. I'm sending what this person will be called, what he will look like, and his favorite snack is, also alternative versions of T.A.R.D.I.S can be." The General having gotten all of this took it up with both the high council of Gallifrey and the Sisterhood of Karn. They were all in agreement with what The Doctor had just laid out and added it to their own plans in the New universe.  The General told everyone about what they had planned for in the New universe. They were all happy and exhilarated for the future of their home planet Gallifrey, so they approved of these plans.

Marvel multiverseal Council Hears the Case of The planet copy of Gallifrey

The trail is about to begin with opening statements from The Time Lord's and from each marvel universe. The first marvel person to talk was Tony Stark saying," These people over there have been through a lot based on their files I had Friday hack. I think they should make their case." Steven Rogers added," I'm sure that they will be a fine addition to the multiverse." The General said," Thank you for your hospitality we are grateful. We are here to ask for a place for a copy of our home world Gallifrey to have a home universe where she is needed." Ohila added," The people of Gallifrey are a noble specie's and have abilities that would be most useful to one of your universe's." The marvel multiverseal Council each one by one said," Alright that is it for opening statements from both sides." Then set up the evidentiary hearings.
